Responsibilities:
· Provide admin & sales support to the office
· Manage Corporate Sales and liaison with customers
· Manage & update info, promotions, products etc. on Company's websites, social medias and E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Qoo10 etc.)
· Manage e-commerce orders
· Generate invoice, D/O, quotations etc.
· Handle clients / customers’ feedback, complains and queries
· Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· GCE ‘O’ Level
· 1 - 2 years relevant experience
· Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, Al Photo Editor) preferred
· Knowledge of various local & international e-commerce platforms / systems
· Good communication & interpersonal skills
· Pleasant personality, good work attitude, positive with can-do attitude
· Fast learner, ability to work independently and as a team player
· Workplace in Bedok
