Job description
• Prepare and coordinate regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations as assigned
Job Requirement
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
• Strong knowledge in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and a positive mindset and “can-do” attitude to continuously strive to make things better
Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion with personal and confidential information
• Past experience as an Office Administrator is a plus point
• Minimum Diploma holders
