ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Transports finished products from manufacturing to pre-sterile or shipping areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule and greet visitors including ordering meals and event planning.

• Handle calls and keep common areas organized and working order.

• Ensure, verify, deposit, and submit customer payments received

• Check mail and deposit checks

• Receive employee notification to prepare and process purchase order

• Order Office supplies as requested/needed.

• Shipments received are processed in a timely manner and to the appropriate personnel.

• Provide general support and assistance to visitors and staff.

• Retrieve mail and process data (invoices, checks, etc.)

• Prepare paperwork and delivery of packages for shipment.

• Coordinate building repair/maintenance and manage I-Lobby and Ring Central administration.

• Coordinate with cleaning company/landlord with onsite inspections-(annually)

• Onboarding for associates and direct contact with HR

El (la) Document & Label Clerk Operator en el 2nd shift, realizara tareas en el área de “Document Center & Label Issuance” de acuerdo con los procesos, políticas y procedimientos establecidos referente a la impresión de Documentación de “LHR’s” e impresión de etiquetas. Trabajará con el supervisor y lider para lograr que la operación de Document Control sea eficiente. Deberá conocer los procesos de documentación, manufactura y políticas establecidas en las áreas relacionadas a manufactura y/o etiquetados para ejecutar de ser necesario.

Funciones Esenciales del Trabajo:

• Realizar la limpieza de área de trabajo, equipos y materiales, para cumplir con los diferentes procesos

• Organizar el área de trabajo de acuerdo con el proceso trabajado

• Documentar, Inspeccionar e imprimir la generación de etiquetas de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido.

• Responsable de la creación, generación e impresión de toda documentación requerida para el contenido de “LHR’s” según el “Master List” aplicable.  

• Responsable de auditar la documentación generada del “Master List” y confirmar que toda documentación y/o especificación este en cumplimiento de la revisión vigente según sistema.

• Asegurar la segregación y almacenamiento correcto de documentación, materiales impresos y/o etiquetas según los procedimientos establecidos.

• Responsable de revisar y auditar toda documentación recibida así como los Log’s aplicables.

• Reportar al supervisor cualquier discrepancia, documento que no cumpla con las especificaciones, desviaciones a procedimientos, mal funcionamiento de equipo y/o cualquier incidente ocurrido en el área  que pueda afectar las operaciones de manufactura y/o los asociados.

• Trabajar mano a mano el adiestramiento “OJT”. Asegura que todos los requisitos de adiestramiento estén completos y documentados antes de realizar cualquier operación.

• Reportar cualquier discrepancia al Supervisor/Gerente del área para materiales, procesos, procedimientos, equipos, EHS o cualquier situación que ocurra en el área y que pueda afectar las operaciones ejecutadas y/o algún asociado.

• Cumplir con los cGMP’s, Equipo de Protección Personal (PPE’s) correctos, Estándares de Calidad (“Quality Standard”), políticas y procedimientos.

• Ejecutar otras funciones requeridas por el supervisor y/o designado de así ser requerido.

REQUERIMIENTOS MÍNIMOS

Educación / Experiencia:

• Diploma de Escuela Superior o equivalente.

• Mínimo tres (3) años de experiencia en un ambiente de manufactura regulado.

Cualificaciones Básicas:

• Buenas destrezas de comunicación (oral y escrita).

• Buenas habilidades interpersonales para manejar diferentes tareas al mismo tiempo.

• Alta iniciativa para alcanzar metas con sentido de urgencia.

The Client Experience Associate is integral to ensuring our team and client needs are supported and delivered with excellent service. This role serves our Talent Management Practice and clients daily through administrative support and purposeful participation and execution internal team projects. 

Areas of Focus:

Assessment Support

• Monitor and respond to assessment requests that come through the website portal
• Schedule and administer assessments for client candidates
• Download assessment results and store electronic copies on file server per standard protocol
• Update Database tracking with status of testing for internal and external stakeholders
• Actively support client and candidate calls about assessments; support a solution or route to a team member as needed
• Assign client testing to consultants
• Ensures client assessments are accurate and professional by proofreading; provide feedback to consultants when needed to ensure clarity and consistency
• Support the scheduling of candidate interviews as needed

Client Teams Support

• Executes client tasks through client team project plan 
• Prepares client and participant communications, post-event action items 
• Responsible for multiple client relationships simultaneously and knows how to prioritize each to meet expectations and deadlines
• Communicates effectively with team members when collaborating on client work
• Lead sub-projects and ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope and budget

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
