Administrative Assistant, Mid
Key Role:
Coordinate facilities and administrative services, including clerical and support services, printing, mail distribution, messenger services, and telecommunications. Acquire knowledge of program and project requirements, policies, and procedures. Work on semi-routine tasks and assignments, requiring limited judgment. Follow established processes with limited supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
1+ years of experience preparing DTS authorizations and providing administrative and operations support
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to provide administrative support for the systems engineering and architecture development processes
Ability to develop a variety of reports, monthly progress, or status reports, and generate invoices to the Government
Ability to monitor and track obligations and expenditures for assigned contract tasks, schedules, ceilings, and reports
Ability to coordinate and document events, including travel, meetings, and conferences
Ability to resolve billing and invoice discrepancies
Ability to type highly specialized technical reports rapidly and accurately
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
