The Role

We are growing service looking for administrative support. We work directly to support Tameside Children and Families.
In this role you will be working with the team and an experienced and efficient administrator to ensure that Educational Psychology advices and reports are proof read, saved and distributed. You will assist with record keeping, invoicing, become familiar with internal systems and support with enquiries to the service. You will also be supporting with purchasing items/training for the service.
Although this is a full time position, part time working hours may be considered.
About You
We are looking for someone who will:
- Be able to work collaboratively with our existing administrative assistant and the wider team.
- Understand the sensitive and confidential nature of our work.
- Is a good communicator and respond in a professional and caring manner to concerned parents/carers.
- Support the financial aspects of working within a traded service.
- Will be confident in their ICT skills, including around Microsoft word and excel.
- Who is happy to learn new skills.
- Wants to be part of a supportive and dynamic team.
