Main duties of the job
As well as providing excellent personal assistance and secretarial support, the post holder will be asked to provide project support, write reports for various purposes, liaise with a broad range of healthcare professionals and managers internally and externally.
• To provide the Divisional Director of Operations and Director of Nursing with a high level Personal Assistant service, demonstrating strong proactivity and the ability to anticipate the needs and requirements of their role and responsibilities
• To deal with telephone enquiries and relay messages prioritising and taking action where appropriate
• To collate, understand and interpret complex information and present the information in an understandable way
• To take minutes of meetings including formation of an action log, the communication of actions and support in completing outstanding actions for the Senior Management Team
The successful post holder will need to be professional, organised, proactive and able to work independently and with autonomy. Strong communication skills and experience as a Personal Assistant are essential.
