* Purpose of the job PA required for a young lady with Belles Palsy, Autism and ADHD, who lives in the Crewe, CW1 area. Assist client to learn how to navigate outside their familiar area. Travel training in approx. radius of how many miles (currently looking at Chester).
* Help to Build resilience and coping strategies if unexpected things occur.





**Hours and rate of Pay:**


* £11.44 per hour
* 8 hours per week



**Main Duties:**

Travel training using public transport.
Will need to be able to role play scenarios to support client to upload appropriate apps and navigate.
Assist client how to book tickets and get the best deal.
Going to the shops
Grow confidence.
Assisting client to order own meals independently.

JOB PURPOSE:

To provide clerical support to Client Finance Teams and assist in the processing of Financial Assessment forms and other client related information.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• To have a working knowledge of current Adult Social Care Charging regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Using the Document Imaging system to scan and index documents.
• To deal with letters and correspondence received within the Client Finance Team, both in writing or sent electronically via email or via online Financial Assessment tool.
• To deal with queries raised by service users of Social Care, over the telephone as required.
• To liaise with Adult Social Care, Transactional Services and Corporate Debt on individual cases.
• To liaise with the other teams in the Council where necessary.
• To provide efficient and effective clerical support to the Financial Assessment Team to enable Financial Assessments to be assessed and calculated in a timely manner and service users notified of outcomes, in writing.
• To process routine changes of circumstances in specific types of claims.
• Provide clerical support, efficiently and effectively across the whole of Client Finance as required.
• To input data into computer systems.

What skills and experience we're looking for

Purpose of the Post

• To provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective

administrative and clerical support service for key staff

within school. This successful candidate will support the

Exams and Data Manager and will also provide support to

the Head’s PA and School Business Manager

Administration

To provide support to the Exams and Data Manager,

becoming proficient in all aspects of the role. Specifically to:-

• Assist in the planning and administration of exams

• Support the Exams Officer to comply with school exam

policies to ensure JCQ compliance

• Assist in the day to day administration of SIMS

• Support the Data Manager in operating SIMS Assessment

Manager and the school reporting system

To provide support, to the Heads PA in a number of roles.

Specifically assisting in:-

• Planning and production of the daily teacher absence cover

schedule

• Booking supply teachers/organising internal cover

supervisors (in conjunction with DHT as required)

• The maintenance of the SIMS Personnel Module

• Support with the completion of all paperwork and

notification to HR for new starters, leavers, salary changes

and any other ad-hoc changes. Communication of any HR

• Support with the completion of staff sickness returns as

required and production of sickness absence letters

• Assist with communications via the St James’ app

• To support the School Business Manager as and when

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain asset data for 10,000+ EU assets moving through the device management team for break fix and refresh processes.

• Maintain complicated physical inventory involving two legacy companies, 15+ departments/divisions and all EU countries.

• Process hardware courier deliveries, outbound UPS deliveries and resolve UPS invoice escalations.

• Pull reporting/combine reporting from multiple asset data reports and financial tracking documents including Service Now.

• Maintain accurate inventory and reporting for disposed assets.
