Indoor Sales cum Admin Executive
· Handle indoor sales include customer inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, and follow through to closure
· Expand clientele base through networking, cold calling, and social media channels to drive sales revenue
· Maintain sales services and relationship with existing customers through constant communication and excellent customer service
· Understanding of the Company's range of products and services to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
· Execute digital marketing campaigns and full spectrum In charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
· Inventory management and pricing strategies
· Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, marking buying decisions)
· Do up report weekly/ monthly for Data analysis (to track Sales performance, Customer purchasing habitsCosting, ROI, etc.)
· Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumers based on market research and products to better meet the demand of local consumers based on market research
Requirements :
· Min Nitec/Diploma in Communication/ administration
· At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
· Able to work independently without much guidance
· Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
· Good negotiation skills
· Computer literate in MS office, outlook
· Prefer candidates who can start immediately
