Selectee will report to an assigned DOL office location on a regular basis and be eligible for telework as determined by agency policy. This is not a remote position. Offices are located in Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA. Advertised salary reflects the pay range for the above locations. Upon selection, salary will be set in accordance with the selectee's assigned duty location.

Major duties at the GS-15 level include but are not limited to the following:

• Advise Departmental leadership to effectively impact change and enterprise transition that minimizes client resistance and maximizes client engagement and posturing in alignment with the overarching strategic plans.
• Collaborate with all levels of management to gain better understanding and apply changes to support short and long-range planning.
• Analyze problems and apply sound judgment to make recommendations or decisions for resolution of problems within customers' organizations or the Division.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to groups of agency officials, managers, staff and other organizations detailing Safety and Health and Emergency Operations programs, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee efforts to improve operations, programs, and services and/or gain efficiencies.
• Craft and implement internal management and operational reforms to increase the cost-effectiveness and productivity of operations.
• Plan, develop, manage, implement, and administer complete Safety and Health and Emergency Operations Program to include Physical Security out in the field for the Office of Field Operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will do, but not limited to: 

• Maintain Directors’ agenda and calendar by assisting in planning appointments, Board meetings, conferences, business trip, etc. 
• Manage confidential documents related to Directors and ensuring they remain secure and complete. 
• Manage petty cash, daily meals, and daily expenses of Directors. 
• Monitor office supplies and involved with third parties related to Directors' needs and/or agenda. 
• Communicates with every Head of Division to ensure that the requests made by Directors are met. 
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Directors. 

• Bachelor Degree in Secretariat, Business Administrative, Diploma Secretary, and/or any related major.  
• Has 2-4 years experience as Executive Secretary, Secretary to Director, or any related field. Candidate with experience as a secretary of BOD level is a plus point. 
• Proficient in MS Office (excel, power point, word) and in-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures. 
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. 
• Excellence organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill. 
• Fluent in Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
