Typical qualifications and experience:
- 5 GCSE's at grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent)

Your pay rate as admin:

• Day shift rate: £13.75 per hour
• Night shift rate: £15.54 per hour
• 50 minute break will be paid

Overtime reconciled over a 4-weekly period; threshold 169 hours in a month's period. Whatever is on top of those hours gets paid at £18.48 per hour .

Typical hours as a full time Admin :

• There are 2 shifts available 1800 until 0600 and 0600 until 1800
• The rota pattern is 4 on 4 off

Your role as an Admin:

• General admin duties
• Sitting in meetings daily taking notes, to ensure notes are clear and comprehensive
• Reviewing notes at the end of the meeting and ensuring that they are in a suitable format for the shift managers to access effectively
• Maintaining a professional role as a note taker and being aware of the need to maintain this professional relationship with colleagues at all times.
• Prior to employment, successful candidates must pass a drug & alcohol test
• Have an understanding of Microsoft excel & word
