We are looking for a suitably qualified person for the post of Clerical Assistant. You must have exceptional customer service skills with a professional attitude and demeanor.
You will be part of a team that provides an efficient, professional and comprehensive administrative support service for a large secondary school.
Applications are invited from persons who have relevant and up to date experience of working in an office where IT is extensively used. You must have good organisational skills and an ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
You will have a good standard of education in literacy and numeracy. You will possess good keyboard skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, together with the ability to learn new skills as required.
You will work 32.5 hours per week on a term time basis.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
