Bilingual Customer Service Advisor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a unique technology company who due to growth, are looking to expand their customer service team. This is an extremely diverse role and requires someone who is confident at managing multiple tasks at once.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
* Taking inbound calls from customers and providing excellent service
* Managing customer complaints quickly and efficiently
* Having strong knowledge of all products and services available
* Liaising with other departments to ensure SLA's are met
* Updating the system accurately at all times
* Processing orders on behalf of customers
* Scheduling engineers and service visits with customers

Hays are delighted to be working closely with one of our key clients based in Fife to support their well established finance team during a period of change and growth. This company is a locally based, reputable organisation who are market leaders in their industry with continued growth potential. This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis for a finance professional with a core understanding of purchase ledger.
Your new role
In your new role, you will take a proactive approach as part of the wider finance team in supporting with daily high volume purchase ledger invoice processing; this will include full process from matching purchase order numbers, uploading invoice information on their bespoke system through to management of payments. This role will require someone to manage additional reconciliations and deal with any queries both internal and external regarding purchase ledger.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a motivated finance professional with strong knowledge and application of the full purchase ledger process and confidently able to communicate financial information to senior financial and non-financial stakeholders. You will be accurate and efficient with invoice data processing and able to deal with any queries regarding each stage of the process.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive base salary of up to £28,000 and considerable company benefits that can be discussed on application. This role is being offered on a full time (37.5 hour working week), permanent basis in the local Fife office. You will be joining a collaborative and established finance team that will support in ongoing development and offer the opportunity for study support depending on level of experience.
