6% team-based bonus

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Duties include:

* Arranging all aspects of ocean import shipment from collection, shipping, pre-alert, delivery and invoicing.

* Liaising with customers to establish requirements, make sure they are met and take corrective action in case of deviations

* Liaising with agents and suppliers to meet customer requirements for Ocean Import shipments.

* Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.

* Prepares, controls and distributes all required import documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, supplier, etc.) complying with regulations and internal procedures

* Follows-up shipment status in the Import area; identifies incidents and ensures resolution of incidents

* Invoice all shipment in a timely and accurate fashion.

We are looking for one full time booking clerk to join our Ophthalmology team.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within our CAU Booking team. Dealing with new referrals, managing waiting lists and helping with patient queries as part of a busy department based in a large Acute Hospital Trust.

Working Monday - Friday, we can be flexible with shift patterns.

The Head and Neck Directorate accounts for over one third of the Trust’s outpatient activity and this team is a key Department within the Trust in ensuring we provide a high quality and timely service to our patients. You will be working closely with other team member, the medical secretaries, clinicians and Management Team to ensure patients are managed appropriately.

You will need to have excellent customer care skills and we will provide training for you to gain a thorough understanding of the Trusts access policy and the national 18 week RTT pathway which will provide an excellent basis for building a career working in both Acute and Community services in the NHS.

As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer at our Tunbridge Wells Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

• Carry out high-quality inductions, Personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties

• Have the opportunity for further training from the in house Personal Best program, upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, plus additional CPD opportunities

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential of up to £39,108.16 OTE.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.

Support the Trust Secretary by developing a clear knowledge and understanding of highly complex specialist areas such as the constitutional framework, standing orders and relevant legislation: the ability to interpret them accurately and to provide clear guidance to Executive and Non-Executive Directors on matters of significant importance Responsible for the preparation of agendas and papers (including the updating of action logs) relating to meetings of Board level committees, ensuring arrangements fully comply with statutory requirements. Draft reports on highly complex or sensitive matters on behalf of the Trust Secretary Prepare reports on the business conducted at meetings for approval by the chairs of committees Advise the chairs of committees on procedural matters e.g. standing orders and support them in the running of the committee.
