Responsibilities
â–ª Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable and
general ledger of the property division
â–ª Presentation of timely, accurate monthly accounts and analyses for management
review
â–ª Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
â–ª Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts
▪ Handle daily collections of cash & cheques and reconcile cash & cheques’
receipts with cash book on daily basis
â–ª Familiar with issuance of invoices, credit notes, debit note management, etc
â–ª Keep track/Filing administrative task and assist in day to day operation
â–ª To prepare accounting schedule and liaise with auditors and tax agent
â–ª Manage confidential information and update records
â–ª Process staff claims, advance and travel requests
â–ª Perform administrative duties such as attending to meetings, upkeep of office,
answering phone calls, facilitate dispatch and courier services
â–ª Organize and schedule meetings and travel arrangements
â–ª Familiar with e-invoice procedure
â–ª To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time
Qualifications
â–ª Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy,
ACCA/LCCI or its equivalent
â–ª Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Finance/Accounting field, with
Finance/Accounting in construction/interior field background is an added value
â–ª Full set accounting knowledge
â–ª Able to work independently under tight timelines
â–ª Positive, committed, proactive possess initiative and willing to learn
â–ª Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
â–ª Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
â–ª Required language(s): Mandarin/Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
â–ª Ability to speak and write Mandarin/Cantonese is an added value
