As we continue to expand, we are seeking a full-time team member to join our Finance Team.

The Role
As part of the Accounts Team, you will be responsible for keying in and processing a large volume of data into Dynamics 365, assisting the Finance Department.

This position is:
Full time, averaging 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Has an immediate start

Duties/Responsibilities
• Review supplier / payable invoices against purchase orders
• Review POD receipts / purchases
• Attend, investigate and resolve account queries and issues
• Review and reconciling statements / invoices ready for creditor payment runs
• Collate and batch invoices ready for payment runs
• Prepare and reconcile reports for end of month processing
• Other adhoc data entry
• Support the accounts team, reporting to the Finance Department

Skills/Competencies Required
• Have excellent phone manners
• Have experience in cultivating relationships, focusing on good outcomes
• Have experience in using computer systems, MS office, namely Outlook emails, Word and Excel
• Be proficient in the English language and have great writing, reading and speaking skills
• Be able to work in a robust environment
• Have a sense of humour
• Be reliable, punctual and have initiative
• Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Having experience in the food industry is highly considered

The Role
As part of the Contracts Team, you will be responsible for keying in and processing a large volume of customer orders into Dynamics 365, ready for the Warehouse Team to pick and pack. You will also be required to liaise and co-ordinate any special customer requests and provide administrative assistance and support to the rest of the team as required.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Enter/process Contract customer phone / email / online orders into Dynamics 365
• Provide solutions to all customer calls / emails for special requests and queries
• Contact customers to advise of unavailable items and provide alternatives
• Process any amendments to picking slips to then generate invoices
• Assist with any other duties as per the Contracts Manager’s instructions
• Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
• Assisting with other various team/department orders

Salary $58,000 to $65,000 per annum

FRM Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd (FRM) is a Darwin based company that commenced operations in 2012. We are now one of the leading regional, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning companies in the Top End.

We specialise in the design, installation and service of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. We are currently involved in large contract works for major Northern Territory projects such as national chain supermarkets, shopping centres, Defence Establishments, schools, and government buildings.

About the Role

The key tasks and duties associated with the position consist of:

• process invoices related to client transactions
• support in the preparation of payments to suppliers and vendors
• organise and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
• assist with routine month-end and year-end tasks, such as reconciling accounts
• collaborate with other teams to support smooth financial operations
• participate and contribute to team meetings, and other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

• AQF certificate IV or higher qualification in Accounts related
• minimum two (2) years of related experience
• experience using Advanced Business Manager (ABM) software
• strong reconciliation and numerical skills
• ability to work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve issues
• possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• ability to build and maintain strong business and professional relationships
• be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
