1. To provide a full personal assistant service to either designated Directors in order to help ensure the smooth and efficient organisation and carrying out of their responsibilities. 2. To be the first point of contact for the Directors visitors and telephone callers, providing callers with the information, advice and guidance to meet their needs. To ensure that all visitors and callers are handled in a manner that enhances the reputation of the Directors, the Executive and of the Trust. 3. On behalf of the Director, to communicate and correspond with senior managers and clinicians within the Trust, with other organisations and members of the public on difficult, sensitive and complex, as well as routine, issues 8. To type and format correspondence, reports and presentations from dictation or from drafts prepared by the Director. In addition, to design and create correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of the Director, within agreed parameters 9. To ensure the provision of information required for Board reports, obtaining, collating and presenting the information as required 10. As required, to prepare agendas and take notes of meetings for the Director and to take and transcribe minutes of specified Trust committees 11. To implement, operate and maintain effective and secure systems for the organisation, control and accessing of the Directors electronic and paper information resources 12. To develop and maintain monitoring systems for the obtaining of information and reports regularly required by the Director. To ensure that the information is obtained on time 13. To co-ordinate and/or expedite arrangements to ensure the effective and timely handling of formal patient and non-patient complaints; formal staff grievances and disciplinary meetings for which the Director has a responsibility, communicating with the complainants and staff involved as required. The Personal Safety Tutor and Violence Reduction Advisor is an integral role supporting the delivery of education relating to conflict resolution and violence reduction for staff working within the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust (RBFT). They will assist the Head of Risk to ensure the effective delivery of all physical intervention training and its theory components Trust wide. They will support the agenda in designing, implementing and evaluating physical intervention training programmes which meets the needs of the Trust and its staff and which are reflective of both physical and mental health needs of our patients. With expertise in the field of Prevention & Management of Violence and Aggression (PMVA), the post holder will assist the Head of Risk in representing the Trust in promoting the therapeutic management of violence and aggression in where appropriate and upholding and promoting the positive ethos of the Trust and the General Services Association (GSA) in this field. The post holder will be expected to support the development of practice-based knowledge and skills in this specialist area and contribute to research and audit where required. The Personal Safety Tutor will be a visible, accessible individual who can provide knowledge and expertise in clinical practice when affording care to those people that exhibit potential or actual aggressive behaviour.

Role summary - The company is seeking an experienced Administrator to the Leadership Team to provide administrative support and undertake secretarial duties for the Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk with a focus on Accounts Payable. The role will be reporting to the Accounts Manager and working in a small and friendly team.
· Managing all aspects of accounts payable.
· Processing of invoices, including matching, batching and coding of invoices in Sage.
· Handling all accounts payable queries
· Daily and monthly bank reconciliations, and processing company credit cards
· Creating all supplier payments and loading into bank for approval.
· Generate sales invoices in word and process in Sage.
· Working closely with the other members of Finance team and Operations team
· Assisting with month-end and year-end activities

• Previous experience of working within an accounts department and specifically Accounts Payable experience.

· Recent experience of working on Sage and understanding of Excel and Word
