As a fast growing company, we require a Customer Admin Support Executive to champion administrative and operational support to field and indoor technicians.
This position requires you to be precise, meticulous, responsive and sensitive to our customers.
Job responsibilities:
· Assist with customer’s request through phone-in and emails.
· Arrange technicians daily servicing schedules.
· Track and provide direct support to assigned technicians
· Process paperwork and invoices in SAP system
· Monitoring & updating service tickets in field management system
· Follow-up with customers on outstanding open service tickets
What we need:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field / industry.
· Training will be provided.
· Comfortable with processing paperwork and preparing job schedules.
· Co-ordination works between suppliers, clients and internal teams
· Good team player with positive work attitude
