1G is a 22 bed Progressive Non-ICU unit at Blodgett hospital that specializes in the care of a variety of medically complex patients, including those with cardiac arrhythmias and who require bipap. People are drawn to 1G for its teamwork, dedication to excellence, and the opportunity to learn and challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment.

Scope of work
Unit Secretaries performs receptionist/secretarial duties and maintains confidential records, supplies and equipment per hospital and unit specific standards.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years of relevant related experience
- Successful completion of competency-based orientation program
