Position Overview: Join our team as a Telemarketer and embark on an exciting journey connecting with influential personalities. In this role, you will research successful individuals in Indonesia and invite them to interview sessions with our dedicated editors to share their inspiring life stories. Your main responsibilities include researching personalities and extending interview invitations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to find prospective personality candidates based on the criteria and requirements set by British Publishing House.

- Approach prospective personalities through multi-channel communication platforms (via outbound calls, emails, chat, and social media).

- Schedule interview appointments (in-person or via video call) with personalities for our dedicated editors in the the CRM system.

- Utilize CRM software to update personality’s contact details and maintain interaction records between personalities, telemarketing, and editors in the system.

- Actively seek new opportunities for interview invitations through networking and social media.

- Collaborate closely with editors to achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.

Qualifications:

- SPM/O-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, marketing, or sales support.

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust - with clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and sunny disposition.

- Experience working towards time-based targets.

The duties include and are not limited to:

• Schedule and review work activities performed in an office, including reporting and record keeping.
• Maintain files and reports and reviews reports and correspondence prepared to ensure conformance with regulations, grammar, format, policies, and procedures, etc.
• Review and direct incoming documentation/inquiries and take personal action when applicable or direct to appropriate staff as needed.
• Maintain office compliance regarding regulations, policies, and guidelines as established; and keeps regulations, policies manuals
• Enter all reports within an expedient time frame.
• Maintain calendar and schedules travel appointments and meetings for manager based on knowledge of workload
• Files and maintains office filling system including correspondence, bulletins, manuals, etc., and directives, as well as maintaining employee records as needed.
• Prepare travel arrangements for staff to include arranging schedules, making reservations, submitting travel requests, and preparing travel vouchers and reports.
• Perform transcription from recordings and/or handwritten forms for meeting minutes
• Receive incoming calls from patients, clients, staff, and others in need of information.
• Execute and prepare responses to routine correspondence and reports pertaining to the office for submission to the Associate Director for Patient Care Services signature with grammatical accuracy and clarity of expression
• Assembles and makes arrangements for conferences and/or meetings to include the preparation of the agenda.
• Perform office automation work on personal computer utilizing multiple programs to complete documentation.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of a range of office automation equipment (i.e., copier, fax, telephone, etc.).
• Maintain tracking mechanism for reports and action items.
• Utilize a range of software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) to prepare correspondence.
• Adhere to guidelines for protecting the security of sensitive computer data from unauthorized access, use, loss or destruction.

• You will apply knowledge of the Financial Improvement Audit Remediation (FIAR), Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) concepts and procedures, and DOD Financial Management Regulations (DOD FMR 7000.14).
• You will assist in ensuring financial data is processed and reported accurately and in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• You will review and investigate financial variances, analyzes and makes recommendations for improving financial data and processes that support the financial statement
• You will recommend process improvements/controls that mitigate deficiencies/risk or achieve efficiencies.
• You will ensure management is kept apprised through regular updates, prepare reports and draft responses to financial data calls for supervisory review and concurrence.

• Exercise control over the Garrison Commander's appointments, screens calls and visitors, and establishes priorities.
• Screen calls and visitors, answering most questions and completing most business involving established policy or routine matters without referring people to the Garrison Commander.
• Perform a variety of record keeping, typing, and reporting in support of office personnel.
• Review all correspondence for the Division Commander for clarity, completeness of reply, and grammatical or procedural correctness.
