What you'll do

As the first point of contact in our branches, customers will be at the very heart of your role, so you’ll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. You’ll work with high levels of accuracy as you provide each customer with a seamless and positive experience.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Having proactive conversations, understanding the needs of our customers and helping them with their banking needs
• Completing general banking requests such as payments, balance enquires and transfers
• Helping customers to understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services we can offer
• Identifying opportunities to help customers with simple financial products, and collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience

How we'll reward you

Salary: £24,930 per year (pro rata for hours worked)

You’ll join on a competitive salary of £24,930 and in addition you’ll receive a contribution to help you save for retirement. Responsibility for providing a full secretarial and administrative service to designated staff/Managers. This will include diary management, management and production of all correspondence and the development and maintenance of document management systems. To collate e-mail and other correspondence and respond where appropriate. To bring essential items to the attention of the designated staff/Managers for action. This post presents an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated senior administrator to join our busy Exams and Assessment Team in the Faculty of Medicine. You will work as part of a successful team within the Faculty, academic colleagues and colleagues across Student Administration and Academic Affairs to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of the Faculty’s Exams and Assessment activities.

Major elements of the post will be to ensure the setting up and smooth running of all assessments including e-Assignment, practical exams including OSCEs and other assessment types, releasing marks, updating University systems, servicing committees, management of the external examiner process in liaison with other teams as well as updating annual assessment policies.

You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively and with excellent attention to detail. You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a proactive approach in reviewing processes and practices. Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
