This is a new Secretary/Administrator job working for a busy and fast-paced organisation; joining a streamlined administrative team. Duties include but not limited to:

• Administration and secretarial support using the Microsoft suite, including copy and audio typing, scanning, and minute taking.
• Preparing documents from across the business for client presentations and meetings.
• First point of contact for all clients and stakeholders.

What the role looks like:

• Providing excellent customer service - total customer care and be customer focused.
• Polite and efficient answering of all incoming telephone calls - internal and external.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Fast paced and a flexible attitude due to the nature of the business.
