Booking and progressing x-rays, outpatients appointments and ambulance transport for Rehabilitation Ward inpatients. Responsible for entering patient admissions and discharge information on the computerised system and take a lead responsibility in ensuring electronic document tracer system is updated on a daily basis. Informing GP surgeries of admissions and discharges. Liaising with various departments for reports from clinic appointments contacting Social Services and updating them on clients progress.
