Due to a change in staffing responsibilities, we are looking to appoint a Receptionist. This is a key role in the school and applicants must have a professional and friendly approach.
Our Reception is the first point of contact for all callers and visitors to the school and the highest standard of service is essential. We are looking for an individual who can greet our guests, direct calls and deal with associated administration.
Ideally you will have had experience in a reception environment, have good organisational skills, and have excellent computer and customer service skills.

The post requires someone calm, who thrives working under pressure and can multi-task, and enjoys constantly changing demands. You must have a strong secretarial or administrative background with excellent communication skills as you will be a principal contact for parents/carers in relation to pupil welfare, behaviour and barriers to learning.This is a key role in the school with involvement in the SENCO and pastoral areas combined with the Clerk to Governors responsibilities. You will be required to assist with the smooth running of the school office and offer high-quality support.
