Focusing on their wellbeing and lifestyle, you’ll provide a tailored service ensuring they have the skills and confidence they need to live successfully in the community. You’ll give in-depth advice and support, so we’ll need your ability to motivate others and facilitate learning to change attitudes and behaviour, with the aim to avoid the possibility of re-offending.



You’ll be on hand to provide a warm and welcoming experience to help them in their first steps into reintegration. Acting as an advocate, you’ll also ensure their voices are heard and that they have support in making decisions.



Our successful candidate will ideally have lived experience of the criminal justice system (as an ex-service user) or will have worked as a peer mentor within a prison/probation environment, however we are mainly looking for someone with an engaging personality who is comfortable working with a variety of people who have experienced a range of social/personal difficulties.

Your new role
Your new role as Personal Tax Senior will be to effectively manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, building strong and positive working relationships with them and your colleagues to offer them an outstanding level of service.
You will liaise with clients to provide appropriate information in a timely manner and plan, prepare and execute clients' personal tax returns within deadlines.
You will ensure tax liability is correctly calculated and communicated to the client and be responsible for the completion of P11D forms to submit to HMRC.
You will then continue to liaise with HMRC and other third parties where appropriate.
You will keep up to date with relevant tax legislation and laws.
You will review work by the trainees and more junior colleagues in the team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role as the Personal Tax Senior, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role within an accounting practice, dealing with all aspects of personal tax and be able to work on your own initiative and be part of a collaborative team. You will be highly organised and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines during certain times of the year.Ideally, you will be ACA, CTA or ATT qualified or working towards a tax or accountancy qualification. You will be able to support colleagues and produce 'first time right' tax returns.

**Job description:**


* Purpose of the job PA required for a young lady with Belles Palsy, Autism and ADHD, who lives in the Crewe, CW1 area. Assist client to learn how to navigate outside their familiar area. Travel training in approx. radius of how many miles (currently looking at Chester).
* Help to Build resilience and coping strategies if unexpected things occur.





**Hours and rate of Pay:**


* £11.44 per hour
* 8 hours per week



**Main Duties:**

Travel training using public transport.
Will need to be able to role play scenarios to support client to upload appropriate apps and navigate.
Assist client how to book tickets and get the best deal.
Going to the shops
Grow confidence.
Assisting client to order own meals independently.




**Personal Assistant Specification: **


* DBS check will be required.
* Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
* My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.

**£11.50 per hour**

**Up to 23 hours per week - This role is to join a team of PAs and hours will vary on a weekly basis. Flexible hours will be discussed at interview. **



**Purpose of the Job**

I am a mum, with a 12 year old child, who has limited mobility. I need assistance to live as independently as possible, including getting my wheelchair in and out of the car and helping me get around, helping me to do tasks such as cook, wash and clean the house. I need help going swimming, going to my health appointments, trying to allow me to exercise. I also require assistance with taking my son out to places, such as his clubs, out for exercise and to places of interest.



**Main Duties**

I need a friendly, enthusiastic PA who will assist me in caring for myself and my son

To provide help with shopping and meal prep as required

To assist with house keeping

Assist me / or my son to access social activities such as the cinema, afterschool clubs and eating out

To drive me to / or accompany me in my wheelchair adapted vehicle to attend activities and appointments



The main duties identified in the job description are examples of the expectations required; I may on occasions reasonably request additional activities to be undertaken inside or outside of the home.



**Personal Assistant Specification**

My assistant will ideally have experience of working with children.
