Brook Street (UK) Ltd is actively searching for a skilled Band 3 Administrative Assistant to join our clients within the healthcare sector near Limavady. This is a full-time role offering a fantastic opportunity initially for a 6-month period with the possibility of extension.

Rate of Pay:
o £11.67 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a range of admin support duties, including

" Supporting the senior team to deliver effective administrative support.
" Administrating waiting lists, processing internal and external referrals.
" Using computer systems and software for data input, retrieval, and reporting. " Maintenance of medical records filing systems. " Typing duties - reports, letters and meeting minutes as required. " Scheduling appointments to ensure clinical capacity is utilised.

Requirements:

o Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
o Minimum of one year`s experience in Administration and five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C and above.
o Previous experience in Healthcare would be advantageous.
