Responsibilities:
" Maintain a safe and secure school environment
" Conduct routine checks and minor repairs
" Promote health & safety practices
" Assist with IT equipment (basic knowledge preferred)
" Ensure school cleanliness and manage porterage duties
" Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

As our Medical Secretary Team Leader you will:

• Lead the medical secretaries and support the team to work efficiently
• Supervise and encourage the team to deliver excellent customer and colleague service.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Help to grow consultants' business
• Ensure all Minimum Data Set is in place as required for CQC and NHS
• Lead on Data Quality Management within the team

The Person

To succeed as a Medical Secretary Team Leader, you will need:

• Experience in a similar role (experience with PiMS, DGL preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with numbers
