We are looking for a Supplier Operations Specialist to bring technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Best Practices Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of best practice processes and systems within supplier management.
ERP Support and Governance: Work with the organisation’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to uphold governance standards and ensure seamless integration with supplier operations.
Supplier Management and Compliance: Oversee approved suppliers, maintain supplier records, and conduct due diligence activities. Perform governance tasks as needed to support Commercial policies, processes, and systems.

Key accountabilities

Develop and maintaining working relationships and awareness with key internal stakeholders.
Support and contribute to reviews of Commercial processes and systems and provide user training if required.
Manage and maintain Commercial data e.g. electronic purchasing system, contractual/supplier records and/or document libraries.
Provision of both standard and bespoke business reports in accordance with the functional governance schedule or as required by line/task Manager.
Manage and record supplier on-boarding.
Ensure Commercial processes, tools and systems are understood and adhered to.
Promote and ensure the use of a fully evaluated and approved supply base.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure the speedy resolution of queries.

As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer at our Wokingham FWC, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential of up to £42,823.04 OTE. Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential. PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.

Role summary - The company is seeking an experienced Administrator to the Leadership Team to provide administrative support and undertake secretarial duties for the Leadership Team. The successful candidate will also provide safeguarding support as a Deputy Safeguarding Lead (training provided). Other responsibilities include leading on the client's social media presence, and supporting the organisation of events,

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a secretarial and administrative service to the Leadership Team.
• Maintain the Leadership Team members' diaries and arrange internal and external meetings.
• Undertake projects/tasks as required by the Leadership Team.
• Support the organisation of events.
• Take on Safeguarding duties as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Co-ordinate travel and hotel arrangements needed for work.
• Liaise on behalf of the client with external agencies, and other local businesses where needed.
• Type a variety of correspondence ensuring that documents are produced to the required standard and time scales.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system (paper or electronic) for the client's work.
• Undertake urgent photocopying for the Leadership Team.
• Deputise for the PA in her absence.
• Lead on the client's social media presence.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the Leadership Team.

Requirements:

• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
• Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter who has an organised approach.
• Understand that confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
• Able to take concise notes in meetings.
• Able to operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc.
• ICT literate and able to operate software (e.g. Word & Excel, and other software systems used by the company) at intermediate level.
• Must be methodical, precise, and conscientious in meeting deadlines.
