Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HCM Domain Architect to join our clients People and Culture transformation program. You will play a key role in modernizing their HCM technology stack, leading migrations, and helping the migration from SAP to Workday.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Delivery Provide strategic direction for HCM solutions, driving business and technical outcomes. Lead the end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives, ensuring integration with third-party systems. Influence and align technology solutions with P&C transformation goals.
HR Transformation & Integration Oversee the migration of HCM capabilities, enhancing the colleague experience. Engage stakeholders to guide technology delivery aligned with the target state. Resolve complex architectural challenges in HR systems.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in HCM solution architecture and integrations.
Deep knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, and ADP.
Proven ability to drive HR
