Develop Technical Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives, and translate them into comprehensive technical strategies for developing digital and data architecture. Create roadmaps and digital architectural designs that support the BNSSG Digital Strategy and long-term vision of the ICB and integrated care system. Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. Define and support core architecture standards to ensure consistency and coherence across projects. This includes supporting the development of a Technical Architecture (TA) modelling approach that will integrate data and digital processes with wider human and operational processes Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams to proactively identify and resolve technical issues and risks. Technology Evaluation: Assess the viability and suitability of emerging technologies, tools, and platforms. Conduct research and provide recommendations on the adoption of new technologies, as well as upgrades or replacements to existing systems. Support the evaluation and contract management of system wide solutions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with system and regional wide teams, to ensure alignment and proper integration of technical components. Provide guidance and support to teams on best practices, and technical implementation. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technology architecture. Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and promote a culture of ongoing learning and improvement within the ICB.
