Au sein du département Clients Service, Tu auras un rôle clé pour accompagner au quotidien nos clients VIP sur nos produits Panel Distributeur (PoS) - Marketing Intelligence (panels non alimentaires) et pour gérer de nouveaux développements / projets en étant le pilier dans la mise en application des différentes étapes.
Tu auras pour missions principales :
Monitoring des KPI’s clients (internes et via Sales Force)
Gestion des demandes clients
Gestion des incidents avec le compte et projets dédié
Lancement de nouveaux panels
Suivi des demandes Distribution avec création des Salesforce et réallocation des cases créés.
Supervision des équipes E2E : échange sur les best practice
Suivi de la codification via notre interface WFM
Tu es en formation BAC + 5 – Ecole de Commerce ou Master 2 universitaire avec une spécialisation dans les études et/ou le marketing.
Tu es intéressé (e) par l’analyse et le fonctionnement d’un panel distributeurs.
Tu as un goût prononcé pour les chiffres et l'analyse et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques Excel et Powerpoint.
Tu es quelqu'un d'organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et curieux(se) qui apprécie le travail en équipe dans un contexte international.

Indemnité de stage : 1500€ mensuel.

Lieu de travail : Nanterre (5 min Nanterre Université / 10 min Nanterre Préfecture) - RER A, Ligne L, Bus.
