Manage the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) activity, including the collation and provision of evidence, and coordination of returns. Assist with DPA requests relating to research (including requests that overlap between the DPA and the FoIA) and respond to DPA complaints where necessary. To assist the Head of IG with IG Departmental work planning. This includes planning and coordinating specialist project advice and technical support, planning and coordinating specialist advice and guidance. There is an expectation that the postholder may be responsible for contractors/consultants hired to undertake a discrete piece of service work, and/or agency temporary staff. Monitor and support internal and management audit of research processes to identify IG gaps or weaknesses in current practices or systems. In response to this, SMG is looking for experienced Video Producers to form part of a new team - Delivering Digital Reach, producing innovative YouTube content that engages audience and expands the reach of the five Museums that make up SMG.

To support this work, we are now recruiting for a Video Producer (Delivering Digital Reach) to join us at the Science Museum in London, working full-time (35 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract until the end of September 2025.

About the role

As Video Producer (Delivering Digital Reach), you will develop, produce, shoot and edit engaging video content for the Science Museum Group's YouTube channels. You will be collaborating with the project team and other key stakeholders to develop concepts, manage feedback and obtain sign-off.

You will take a test-and-learn approach by reviewing previous content and analysing and incorporating successful approaches in subsequent work through the development of repeatable formats.

About you

We're looking for people teeming with ideas for new stories and formats, as well the technical expertise to execute them. You will have a track record of creating successful YouTube content for similar, well-established channels and an excellent understanding of what makes YouTube audiences tick. An interest in science and technology is essential.

Crucially, you will be able to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks, using your time management skills to meet deadlines. You will be a good communicator, able to work with others and collaborate effectively.

Purpose of the post

The purpose of the post is to work closely with the Head of Programme (HoP) MA Architecture to implement a strategic transformation in research, teaching and learning practices in line with the College Strategic plan and the New Academic Framework.

There are two related requirements for the post. Firstly, that the candidate demonstrates an ability to conceptualise new approaches to research, teaching and learning with reference to the field, requiring an appreciation and knowledge of institutional processes and their capacity for transformation. Secondly, an established, significant and internationally recognised track record of personal contribution to the field evidenced through practice, publications and exhibitions in alignment with one of the School's strategic priority areas: ecology and climate change, city design and/or intergenerational cities, mobility and migration.

The MA Architecture is a ARB/RIBApart II accredited professional degree and as such the post requires the candidate maintain current knowledge and understanding of developments in practice and architectural education, supporting innovative teaching and delivery of the curriculum and programme to maintain validation whilst reflecting and reinforcing the ambitions of the school and programme.

Essential characteristics of the postholder:

- First degree in a relevant specialism

- A doctorate in relevant field (Architecture) or RIBA Part 3 or equivalent professional qualification as an architect
