JOB SUMMARY

As part of the Architectural Project Management team, will act as an important enabler in helping the Company achieve its goal to be the consultancy firm of choice for industrial development projects. The work scope includes assisting Senior Architect/Directors in handling projects from design to completion stage, project and contract management including handling of project tenders. May be expected to handle small scale projects on your own.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates with Consultants on design, technical and code compliance matter.
• Works with the Project Team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of concept design, prefinal, final submission up to construction documents & drawings including basic drafting works
• Maintain regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team
• Directing the Technical Team on compliance with Planning and Building Regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate must possess a Architectural Degree x Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience
