Enterprise Architect, Senior
Key Role:
Design architectural roadmaps for enterprise architecture (EA), in accordance with enterprise strategies and EA processes, while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with research and development divisions to provide ongoing support. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts and contribute to development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems to achieve data modernization initiative objectives. Demonstrate familiarity with both traditional data technologies, including relational databases or database warehouse as well as modern technologies, include data lakehouse, data fabric, or data mesh to support the execution of a data management strategy. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision and maintain responsibility for supervision and development of first level supervisors or managers.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with EA or as an architect in a functional or technical area
Experience with building integrated viewpoints to evolve a data architecture
Experience with IT architectural analysis, evaluation, documentation, modeling design, development, model validation, and integration in a Public Health Network
Experience with workstream integration to achieve results across data architecture, enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, and security and privacy
Experience developing project and integration roadmaps and plans
Experience translating client requirements into a conceptual or solutions model and validating models in a health environment
Experience working in Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services Cloud providers, and hybrid Cloud deployments
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience building reference architectures and developing presentations and briefings to address inquiries and topics of interest to client
Knowledge of architecture at varying levels, including enterprise, segment, security, and solution architectures
Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field
AWS Solution Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
