Job Description
The art director supervises the creative processes of design projects across all channels, consumer touch points and ensure they are in line with clients’ brand architecture.
Roles and Responsibilities 1 – Art Direction
Brainstorm and conceptualise ideas with the creative team to solve clients’ business problems
Understand the marketing objectives and communicate the intended message through art direction
Create key visuals through digital manipulation of original photographs or stock images
Experience in websites, landing pages, digital banners, and social media, eDM, KV, and digital know-how for event and conference
Adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding and user experience across multiple touchpoints
Work with front end developers in ensuring web and mobile sites are executed as planned
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
Campaign-level thinking, and is attentive to the minute details of each artwork at the same time
Outstanding in art direction and design
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, and Google Slides. Knowledge in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or Cinema4D is an advantage
Highly responsible and able to work under pressure
Meticulous with the quality of work delivered
Strong visualisation skills with a keen eye for design and layout
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or its equivalent
At least 3-5 years of experience in the creative industry
