• Developing ideas, delivering and packaging a message, event or product and integrate it with communicating who we are, what we do, why we do it, and how we make a difference
• Work with creative team, marketing team, and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
• Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type
• Understand & explore the new reference of designs of their own brands
• Always seeking out new products & design knowledge
