Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week

• (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 3500

Job Responsibilities:

• Measurement of quantities, progress claims, quotations and final claims
• General quantity surveying duties such as pre / post contract duties, taking off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties
• Able to understand tender requirements, prepare and submit tenders as per requirements with specific deadline
• Preparing and analysing costing for tenders
• Sourcing of new vendors, compilation of quotation
• Review of price, summarizing subcontractors, materials and evaluation and certification of contractors’ claim
• Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractor and supplier
• Assist project team in dealing with contractual matters including extension for time or expenses claims

Requirements:
