Applicants must have strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of basic business practices, and excellent oral and written communication. Description: 

• Executive administrative responsibilities - manage business calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, submit expense reports, coordinate travel
• Act as a point of contact for internal team, clients, and external partners - responsible for information flow, coordination of logistics for meeting, execution of organizational responsibilities as needed
• Drafts committee and leadership agendas; coordinates preparation of agenda materials; prepares agenda packets; posts agendas at meeting location and on website; emails links to agendas posted on website and mails hardcopies of the agenda packets; attends leadership meetings and electronically records meetings; finalizes resolutions; prepares actions and motions into minutes for approval at next meeting.
• Types correspondence and reports; drafts correspondence from rough notes; research issues and activities; assists in the creation of presentations; maintains confidential and administrative files
• Receive, screen, and follow-up all communications via phone, email, and mail
• Prepare extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including air, hotel and
  transportation reservations, mileage programs and upgrades with the ability to make frequent and last-minute changes.
• Manage and maintain artist calendars including coordinating and scheduling A&R/studio sessions, promotional activity, travel, meetings, etc.
• Attend and participate in company meetings, shows / events, as on-site support, and a representative of the company as required
• Purchases supplies for meetings and authorizes payment for travel, training, professional memberships, subscriptions, and to vendors and service providers
• Perform personal errands and task for C-level executives as required
• May provide administrative support and assistance with special projects for staff in other companies in The Core's span of control

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in the Music Industry
• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Soundcloud, etc.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google docs/spreadsheets

• Maintain confidentiality in handling and processing confidential information and data
• Work with accuracy and speed to meet strict deadlines
• Make sound decisions within established guidelines
• Analyze complex issues and develop and implement appropriate responses
• Use initiative and exercise independent judgment

• 5+ years of experience working in a large organization within the IT field
• 4+ years of experience with monitoring, logging, and telemetry for applications, network appliances, or infrastructure using Open Source, Enterprise, or Cloud Native solutions, including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, DataDog, CloudWatch, or OpenSearch
• 2+ years of experience with aspects of provisioning, operations, and management in AWS environments
• Experience with leading a Site Reliability Engineering or Observability team from a technical and people perspective
• Experience with defining or establishing a Site Reliability Engineering or Observability strategy and program within an organization
• Experience with consulting and applying core SRE practices and principles, monitoring instrumentation, defining SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budget, evaluating production readiness and post-mortems, and reducing toil
• Experience with making systems fully observable, manipulating and transforming telemetry, and monitoring distributed complex architected systems across separate regions
• Experience with integrating monitoring to ITSM tooling, including Service Now, Jira Service Desk, Pager Duty, VictorOps, OpsGenie, or Everbridge
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• HS diploma or GED

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation tools, including Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with applying advanced SRE practices and principles, including capacity planning, cost optimization, chaos engineering, self-healing architecture, and advanced alerting techniques

You Have:

Title:

KBR is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to support our Xevas contract for KBR’s Science and Space division. 

The Senior Design Engineer will be part of the team that supports the Space Suit Division at KBR. The candidate will work on a collaborative team developing, building and maintaining Space Suits and supporting equipment for low Earth orbit and beyond. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, test, handle implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems using applied engineering principles, including solid and fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
• Perform engineering design evaluations.
• Perform dimensional tolerance analysis and functional analyses.
• Procure, assemble, and test advanced prototypes to inform design decisions, refinements, and to demonstrate performance.
• Prepare and present designs at various design reviews using MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Produce other required design documentation.
• Assist in the development of requirements for hardware.
• Ensure designs satisfy requirements and demonstrate performance in a thorough verification and validation program.
• Perform trade studies for technology development.
• Analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Understand nominal and off-nominal operations for a technical system and its interaction(s) with other systems.
• Manage multiple issues at one time and develop an integrated solution.
• Work with fabrication and manufacturing departments to ensure final design is properly executed in the creation of mechanical products.
• Be agile and willing to assist in all areas of the development process to meet project milestones.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Candidates must meet the requirements listed below to be considered for this position; please note required items on your resume.

• This position requires U.S. Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
• Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in the field of Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Years of Experience: Must have at least 10 years of recent and related work experience.
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, leadership, and team working skills.
• Demonstrated skill in using computer-aided design (CAD)/drafting equipment and software in design work.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with peers and cross-functional teams and external customers.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Hands-on familiarity with production grade manufacturing equipment.
• Experience using established engineering principles in the design and development of life critical components for use in extreme environments.
• Experience with qualification and acceptance testing.

Parsons is now hiring an experienced Airport Design Manager to support our client at IAH Houston International Airport.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Design Consultant contract requirements against deliverables.
• Coordinate project governance design presentations and input.
• Manage scope of each design submittal package.
• Develop and recommending cost reduction initiatives when necessary to stay in budget.
• Facilitate responses to RFI’s between the project team and Design Consultant
• Coordinate and schedule design workshops between Design Consultant, HAS and other stakeholders.
• Support the design to budget process including evaluation of technical design alternatives.
• Support the Project Manager to coordinate, schedule, and assist with constructability reviews during all phases of design.
• Document design-related issues, decisions, and actions within HAS Document Control System and manage to resolution.
• Coordinate and schedule design review meetings and consolidate input from stakeholders, including any third-party reviewers. Coordinate design feedback to Design Consultant.
• Conduct design review sessions with stakeholders and oversee design feedback input.

• Confirm all resolved design issues have been incorporated into design submittal packages.
• Coordinate reviews of submittals/ shop drawings from HAS project stakeholders, including subject matter experts, airport operations, and project team.
• Work with the HAS Commissioning Manager to support start-up and commissioning efforts as necessary including witnessing performance testing.
• Support project close-out activities related to Design Consultant obligations and deliverables.
• Support HAS on the implementation of the procurement strategy and plan.
• Support HAS on the implementation of the contract strategy.
• Develop the scope and selection criteria. Support Houston Airport System procurement as required.
• Verify all project level designs follow codes and standards.
• Verify all project level designs follow regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Establish, implement, and maintain the CADD and BIM framework, environment, policy, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Overall working knowledge of the architectural, engineering, and systems elements of airports infrastructure and supporting facilities.
• Demonstrable establishment of collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, and construction of airport facilities (airport, community, and government).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the management of project design including significant time at large airports.
• Experience in the design development of new/expanded facilities while maintaining operations.
• Professional registration is required at this level.  Must be licensed in the State of Texas or must be able to acquire license within six (6) months.
