We're searching for an inspiring Global Head of D365 Architecture to revolutionise our enterprise technology landscape through the design and global roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O). What You'll Do:
* Shape the Strategy: Drive the creation and execution of a global D365 F&O technology roadmap that transforms how we operate. Partner with top-tier stakeholders to deliver visionary solutions.
* Architect with Impact: Design and implement future-proof architectures across business, data, and technology domains. Set high-quality standards and manage the full solution lifecycle with precision.
* Lead with Innovation: Stay ahead by exploring groundbreaking technologies and industry trends. Initiate proof-of-concept projects to keep us on the cutting edge.
* Collaborate Across Borders: Engage seamlessly with internal teams, global partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful D365 F&O deployment and alignment.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Over a decade in solution architecture, specialising in D365 F&O with expertise in global, multi-instance implementations.
* Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of D365 F&O frameworks, cloud infrastructure, integration techniques, and security. You leverage technology to drive strategic success.
* Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to drive large-scale digital change, energise teams, juggle priorities, and influence senior decision-makers.
* Business Insight: Strategic grasp of key functions like Finance, Operations, Retail, and Supply Chain, with the skill to align technology with business ambitions.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to demystify complex ideas and connect with diverse audiences. Fluent in English (French is a plus).
