Real Estate Manager
Primary Purpose/Function of the role:
Lease Renewals, Expansions, and managing of reporting.
Essential Responsibilities:
Real Estate Lease Renewals. Consists of tracking critical dates, negotiating new lease terms with Landlords, handling the coordination of the execution of lease documents. This will be 40% of the role.
Real Estate Expansions (expanding of existing footprints). Expansions entail negotiating with existing Landlord as well as coordinating with facilities, architects, construction and legal. This is 40% of the role.
Managing reports. These reports will be a critical date report, lease renewal report and others as needed. This equates to 10% of the role.
General support as needed – This will be 10% of the role.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Communicating and negotiating with Landlords, ability to read and understand leases, experience working with attorneys as it relates to real estate documents and creating and managing reports in excel and other databases, specifically Co-Star.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate or comparable and a minimum of 8 years’ experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Good communication with the ability to speak with all levels of management, architects, brokers and legal. Excellent time management skills, ability to self-manage and ability to prioritize duties.

Working Conditions:
This will be a remote position with monthly in person meetings at the corporate office. Must be able to travel to Dallas 6 times per year.
Pay Range: Between $90-95k per year, based on experience
