We require a Property Investment Assistant (Compliance) to co-ordinate Tenant Health and Safety compliance tasks for all Cairn stock in “The Big 6” areas of compliance (gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts, fire safety and water hygiene). To provide an efficient and effective customer care and administration support to the Compliance Team within the Property Services Team. Liaise with customers in a helpful and friendly manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and provide support for the Customer Services and Cairn Connect teams where required.

We have one of the largest residential property teams in Scotland and more than 30 years’ experience of helping people buy and sell their homes. We are looking for a paralegal to support the residential property team in Inverness. Experience in residential conveyancing is a must although a paralegal qualification is not essential.

The role will involve dealing with a broad range of residential property matters including house sales, and purchases. You will be assisting solicitors acting for a broad range of clients including individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers and advising housebuilders on plot sales of completed homes. We carry out conveyancing across the country and from most of our office branch network.
