This well-established multidisciplinary consultancy has over 70 years' experience and seeks a MRICS senior associate building surveyor with good communication, management, and team working skills that want a career rather than just a job.They specialise in Designing, costing and Managing Construction projects over a wide variety of sectors and clients across the South-East of England with exciting projects across education, residential, public and community buildings and strong links to Local Authorities, county councils and housing associations.
Your new role
As a senior associate building surveyor, you will have excellent communication management and team working skills, good working knowledge of scheduling, specification writing, preparation of tender documentation and contracts, contract administration and Employer's Agent duties for a variety of projects in different sectors.
Experience of aids and adaptations, party wall matters, DDA audits, auto CAD proficiency and CDM regulations would be an advantage.
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS Credentials with 10-15 years of industry experience.
