- Coordinate the work of field parties and various contractors engaged in the full range of surveying within the scope of regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate of advances in land surveying and hydrographic surveying practices, electronic positioning, mapping, and data reduction software available in the industry.
- Monitor and report on the status and progress of work, checking on work in progress and reviewing completed work to see that the supervisors and/or customer's instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality have been met.
- Manage all surveys such as the District Boundary Monumentation Program, control surveys, structure monitoring, construction quantity surveys, boundary and cadastral surveys, topographic surveys in connection with planning, design and construction.
- Collects, compiles, evaluates, and disseminates structural deformation surveys related to structural behavior for Flood Risk Management, Dams, and Structures.
