Job Responsibilities
• To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for all subcontract packages
• To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the Mechanical / Electrical contract's VO claim
• To process monthly progress claim and final claim
• To attend to all relevant contracts administration and documentation for the project
• To work out cost estimation or budgetary cost on Mechanical / Electrical services
• To liaise with Consultants/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
• To liaise with suppliers for quotations
• To maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
Requirements:
• Possess Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E construction industry not limited to shopping complexes, hotels, condominiums, office buildings, etc.
• Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsibility and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently
