- The incumbent facilitates major initiatives by providing subject matter expertise on asset valuation and program tools for the management of the National Capital Region’s real estate portfolio. Takes the lead role to ensure the development and execution of targeted program strategies. Maximizes and strengthens business line relationships by understanding and managing customer expectations and perceptions to integrate subject matter expertise into the regional PBS operations and recommends changes to existing procedures and processes that will enhance the service delivery.
- Obtains new business and facilitates the service delivery of existing business; ensures the coordination of planning and program implementation with other PBS Divisions. Oversees the maintenance of national and regional program databases.
- Addresses problems and concerns raised by Client Delivery staff on behalf of customer agencies. Investigates and oversees the investigation of source of problems and validates findings. Recommends corrective action, and resolves to the mutual benefits and satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Supervises staff assigned to the Division in the performance of work geared toward supporting and validating client agency project management requirements. This includes: establishes and plans work schedules for subordinates; establishes short and long term priorities and objectives; evaluates employee work performance; and provides guidance, advice, and counsels on all performance and personnel matters regarding branch employees. Handles disciplinary actions when necessary. Reviews and approves or denies leave requests.
