Join Our Team as Property Maintenance Coordinator!
Were looking for a dynamic individual to join us in a newly created role that will be pivotal in supporting our staff members across remote Indigenous Communities.
Your Mission: Under the guidance of the Safety, Fleet, and Facilities Manager, youll provide a centralised maintenance service that ensures our ALPA-owned properties are managed economically and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule planned maintenance and coordinate unplanned repairs for over 100 remote properties.
Coordinate tradespeople for remote visits and obtain quotes for property improvements.
Maintain strong relationships with site/store Managers.
Collaborate with Divisional representatives and Finance team for maintenance
