Job Description
Meets with clients, prospects, consultants and/or intermediaries to explain the investment philosophy, process and performance of specific products. Provides updates on product performance and market trends. Works closely with investment and product development staff on product enhancements.
Meets clients, prospects, consultants and/or intermediaries to explain the investment philosophy, process and performance on alternative products (e.g., private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate). Reports to the Investment function.

Role:
The general role of the Sr. Associate is to support IRE’s APAC CPM team in ensuring timeliness and completeness of general business activities. Primary responsibility will also include coordinating and facilitating with relevant teams in the launch / ongoing marketing of IRE’s offerings (including coordinating prospect due diligence, RFP requests, questionnaires, on-boarding and servicing).
The role requires the ability to work across various Invesco teams, as well as external advisors, to ensure a structured approach, globally. Experience in client management within the alternatives investment industry and a high degree of organizational and interpersonal skills is also required.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Support APAC CPM members in general CPM business activities
- Act as point of contact between Global CPMs and APAC CPMs for internal requests, logistics set-up, etc.
- Liaise with IRE’s wider global product management team and IVZ sales teams to ensure global consistency and coordination of client relationship management
- Support IRE CPMs and the wider IRE team to obtain prompt responses to requests for information and for product materials.
- Engage closely with PM team in preparation and delivery of requested materials and organizing logistics associated with roadshows and client meetings
- Work with the internal RFP team to develop initial RFP responses and respond to RFPs and client questions. Collaborate with RFP team for consistency and timely completion of RFPs, and where required, facilitate compliance sign-off for external use
- Work with PM team to coordinate onboarding through the provision of subscription documentation, assisting with the completion of documentation including KYC and liaison with relevant internal teams (legal, compliance, etc.) and external service providers
- Work with all relevant teams to ensure that investor information is correctly recorded in Salesforce and other client portals
- Collaborate with PM team in managing investor communications, including maintenance of investor contact details and holding investor calls and meetings
- Assist in providing bespoke reports for selective clients, working with the Hyderabad team where appropriate
The Experience You Bring:
- Minimum 5-year experience in Investor Relations, Investment Management, Fund Operations, or similar role, within the alternatives industry (RE, Infrastructure, etc.)
- Undergraduate degree required
- Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts
- Detail oriented with a high level of professionalism and willingness to excel
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
