Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Norwich & The Southeast
Package: £35,000 - £43,000 + package
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with the commercial team on a healthcare project in Norwich.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager.
- Administration of subcontract works packages
- Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors.
- Provide information to the Commercial team.
Requirements:
- Experience working for a UK main contractor.
- Ambitions to progress to the Quantity Surveyor.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake training and development.
