Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (senior)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor!

Projects on average will range between £10m - £40m across the various sectors: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial schemes.

Duties:

• Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
• Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
• Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
• Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome.
• Manage the project commercial team

Requirements:

• Main contractor experience as the QS / SQS
• Experience of NEC / JCT form of contracts
• Experience on projects ranging between £10m to £40m
• Based in Manchester and or surrounding areas
