Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Civil or Architecture Engineering or related field
• Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate required.
• Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the civil construction industries
• Safety related certificate such as supervisor safety, risk management, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
• Possess good communication and interpersonal / management skills.
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice.

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist in supervising and inspection of projects on site.
• Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work and ensure safety on site.
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports.

• Oversee the overall planning and execution of the contract to ensure optimization of resources and manpower.
• Responsible for full QS work including valuation, submission of variation works, budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments, and settlement of final accounts, working with procurement team on the administration of projects.
• Value completed work and make progress claim and track any variations for ongoing projects that may affect costs.
• Analyse costings for tenders and prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
• At least 5 years of related working experience in residential and industrial projects.
