As a Facility and Property Management Specialist, you will:
- Identify, plan, organize, coordinate, and implement routine maintenance schedules and respond to non-routine or emergency needs. Manage both routine and emergency maintenance needs in a timely manner utilizing established supply and services contracts, as-needed vendor services, and personnel support.
- Serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for various supply contracts and contracts for services, construction, and associated materials and equipment.
- Develop the scope, statements of work, performance requirements, contract specifications, justifications, cost estimates, and other data for the acquisition of needed facilities services and supplies, including maintenance services, land management services, janitorial services, refuse collection, utilities, office furnishings and other larger non-information technology office supplies, space and moving coordination and services, and other facilities and building management needs.
- Receive, identify, inspect, issue, excess, and document property in accordance with applicable regulations and SWPA policies.
- Perform fleet budgetary planning, purchasing justification, receiving, coordination of repairs, and disposal.
- Plan and develop operating budgets and assist personnel in developing and planning operating budgets for facilities and programs at other SWPA sites.
